Restore. Define. Rejuvenate. Your Face — Enhanced, Not Altered.
The most beautiful aesthetic results are the ones nobody can detect. At One Aesthetics, our dermal filler treatments are delivered by medically trained specialists who approach every face as a unique canvas — restoring what time has taken, defining what nature has softened, and enhancing what you already have with precision, artistry, and restraint.
Using only premium, hyaluronic acid-based fillers from internationally approved brands, we create results that are immediately visible, entirely natural, and fully reversible — because your safety and satisfaction are our absolute priorities.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly formulated from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally and abundantly in the human body — that are placed beneath the skin to restore lost volume, soften lines and hollows, and define facial contours.
As we age, the face naturally loses subcutaneous fat, bone density, and the hyaluronic acid that keeps skin plump and hydrated. This structural loss is what causes sunken cheeks, deepened lines, flattened lips, and a softer jawline. Dermal fillers directly address this — replenishing volume where it has been lost and sculpting definition where it has faded.
Unlike surgical interventions that physically alter facial structures, fillers work within the existing architecture of your face — restoring and refining rather than transforming. When placed by a skilled, artistically-guided specialist, the results are indistinguishable from natural youth
From your first consultation to your 2-week review, every step of your filler journey at One Aesthetics is designed with your comfort, safety, and confidence in mind. No two treatment sessions are identical — because no two faces are.
At One Aesthetics, every filler treatment is guided by three principles: artistry, anatomical knowledge, and restraint. We believe that the goal of dermal fillers is to make you look like a refreshed, rested, naturally beautiful version of yourself — not to make you look like you have had fillers.
The dermal fillers used at One Aesthetics are made from hyaluronic acid (HA) — a naturally occurring polysaccharide found abundantly in the human body, particularly in the skin, joints, and connective tissue. HA is responsible for keeping skin plump, hydrated, and elastic. When used as a filler, HA is formulated into a smooth gel of varying densities — softer gels for delicate areas like the lips and tear trough, firmer gels for structural areas like the cheeks and jawline. Because HA is biocompatible and naturally produced by the body, the risk of allergic reaction is exceptionally low compared to synthetic filler materials.
Most clients find dermal fillers very well tolerated — particularly with the preparation we provide. A topical numbing cream is applied before every treatment, and most premium filler products contain lidocaine (a local anaesthetic) within the gel itself, which numbs the area as the filler is placed. For lip treatments — the most sensitive area — we offer a full dental block (injected gum anaesthetic) that makes the procedure virtually painless. Most clients are genuinely surprised by how comfortable the experience is. The most common description is a brief, mild pressure rather than pain.
Not at One Aesthetics. The 'overdone' look is the result of excessive product, inappropriate product selection, or incorrect placement — all of which reflect a lack of expertise and restraint in the injector. Our philosophy is conservative and artistry-led. We use the minimum volume needed to achieve the desired result, select products carefully for each area, and approach every face with its natural proportions as our guide. Our goal is always results that make you look like a more rested, youthful version of yourself — never a distorted or artificial one.
Duration varies by treatment area and individual. As a general guide: lips last 9–12 months, cheeks and jawline 12–18 months, tear trough 12–18 months, and chin and temples 12–18 months. The product used, the volume placed, and your individual metabolism all play a role. With consistent, timely treatment, many clients find that results last longer over time as filler integrates with tissue and collagen is stimulated. We schedule your next appointment at the appropriate interval to maintain your results at their best.
Yes — completely. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved at any time using hyaluronidase, an enzyme that rapidly breaks down HA gel. The process is safe, effective, and typically produces complete dissolution within 24–48 hours. This reversibility is one of the most important safety advantages of HA fillers. At One Aesthetics, hyaluronidase is always available and we do not hesitate to use it if a result is not as desired or if any complication arises. Your safety and satisfaction always take priority over any concern about the product.
A needle is a sharp, hollow instrument used to inject filler with high precision at a specific point. A cannula is a blunt-tipped, flexible tube through which filler is delivered from a single entry point, threading through the tissue to cover a larger area. Both techniques have their place. Cannulas are preferred in higher-risk areas (cheeks, tear trough, jawline) because the blunt tip is less likely to penetrate blood vessels — reducing bruising risk and improving safety. Needles are used where precision and access require it. At One Aesthetics, your specialist selects the optimal technique for each area based on safety and result quality.
The appropriate volume of filler varies enormously between clients depending on the degree of volume loss, the size of the area being treated, and the result desired. Your specialist will assess your face thoroughly during consultation and recommend a specific volume for each area. We always follow a conservative approach — particularly for first-time clients. Starting with less allows us to assess how the filler settles and whether additional product is needed at the 2-week review. It is significantly easier to add product than to dissolve and re-treat.
There is no single 'ideal age' — the appropriate time to begin filler treatment depends on your individual anatomy, concerns, and goals rather than a specific age. Some clients in their mid-20s have structural concerns (thin lips, weak chin) that benefit from early treatment. Others may not consider fillers until their 40s when volume loss becomes more apparent. What we do advise is that starting earlier — using small, preventative volumes to maintain facial structure as volume loss begins — is significantly more effective and requires less product than attempting to correct advanced volume loss later. Prevention is always more elegant than correction.
Yes — in many cases, a previous unsatisfactory result can be corrected. The first step is a thorough assessment to determine whether the previous filler has fully metabolised, whether it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, and what the most appropriate approach to correction is. At One Aesthetics, we assess and correct previous filler results regularly. We will be completely honest with you about what is achievable and what timeline is realistic. If hyaluronidase dissolution is needed first, we will perform this before re-treating
Lip filler is the placement of hyaluronic acid gel within the lip tissue — the vermillion border, body, and Cupid's bow — to add volume, definition, and shape. At One Aesthetics, every lip treatment begins with a detailed assessment of your existing lip proportions, facial balance, and desired outcome. Results are immediate and visible, though the lips will be mildly swollen for 24–48 hours. The final, settled result is assessed at your 2-week review. Realistic results include fuller, more defined lips — within the boundaries of your natural anatomy and what looks proportionate for your face. We will never encourage a volume that looks unnatural for your features.
The tear trough is the groove or hollow beneath the lower eyelid, at the transition between the eyelid and the upper cheek. Volume loss in this area creates a deep shadow that gives the appearance of dark circles and makes the face look fatigued — regardless of how much sleep you have had. Tear trough filler restores volume to this hollow, reducing the shadow and creating a smoother, more rested eye area. It is considered the most technically demanding filler area because of the thin, delicate skin, proximity to the eye, and requirement for precise product selection (a very soft, low-density filler). At One Aesthetics, tear trough treatments are only performed by our most experienced practitioners — never delegated to junior staff.
No — non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid filler, which is temporary and fully reversible. Results typically last 9–12 months depending on the volume used and individual metabolism. This temporality is actually one of the treatment's most significant advantages — if you later decide you want to pursue surgical rhinoplasty, or simply want a different result, the filler can be dissolved completely. Many clients use non-surgical rhinoplasty as a way of 'trying' the result of a potential surgical procedure before committing to surgery.
To minimise the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding blood-thinning medications and supplements — including Aspirin, Ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E, and high-dose Vitamin C — for 5–7 days before your appointment. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before. Stay well-hydrated. Some bruising is possible regardless of preparation, particularly in higher-vascularity areas such as the lips and tear trough. If you have an important event, plan your treatment at least 2–4 weeks in advance to allow any potential bruising to fully resolve and the filler to settle completely.
Yes — filler in the nasolabial fold softens the depth of the crease and creates a smoother transition from the nose to the mouth. However, the most effective approach to nasolabial folds often involves treating the cheeks above them rather than the fold itself. When the midface loses volume with age, the skin above the fold descends, deepening the fold from above. Restoring cheek volume lifts the overlying tissue and reduces the fold naturally — producing a more harmonious result than filling the fold in isolation. Your specialist will assess your anatomy and recommend the most appropriate approach.
Product quality varies enormously in the filler market. Premium fillers from established international brands use advanced cross-linking technology that produces a smoother, more cohesive gel, a more predictable result, longer duration, and a better safety profile. They have extensive clinical data supporting their use. Cheap or unknown-brand fillers may use inferior cross-linking, carry higher impurity risks, produce less predictable results, and in some cases are not approved by reputable regulatory bodies. At One Aesthetics, we use only premium, internationally CE-marked filler products — never discounted or unverified alternatives. The small saving is not worth the risk.
This is one of the most important questions to ask before any filler treatment. In Lahore, filler injections are performed by practitioners with widely varying levels of training and experience. Choosing an under-qualified injector is the primary cause of poor results and complications. At One Aesthetics, all filler treatments are performed by medically trained practitioners with specific, verified training in aesthetic injectable procedures and a thorough understanding of facial anatomy. We are transparent about our practitioners' qualifications and welcome any questions about training and experience. Your face deserves nothing less than genuine expertise.
Yes — for mild to moderate volume loss and structural softening, dermal fillers can produce results that delay the need for surgical intervention by many years. Many clients who would previously have considered a facelift or surgical rhinoplasty are achieving their goals with filler — non-surgically, without downtime, and without permanent alteration. However, fillers have limitations. They add and restore volume; they cannot remove excess skin or dramatically reposition descended tissue. For advanced laxity or significant excess skin, surgery remains the most effective correction. Your specialist will always be honest about which approach — surgical or non-surgical — is genuinely the right one for your goals.
At One Aesthetics, dermal filler treatments are performed by medically trained specialists who combine clinical precision with an artistically guided aesthetic eye. We use only internationally approved, premium hyaluronic acid products — and we will never use unknown or uncertified fillers regardless of cost pressure. Our philosophy is conservative, natural, and honest. We design every treatment around your face — not a generic template — and we will tell you when a treatment is unnecessary or unlikely to achieve your goals. Your 2-week review is included in every first treatment, and our aftercare support continues beyond the appointment. Choosing the right injector is the most important decision you make about your face. At One Aesthetics, you are in the hands of specialists who value your natural beauty, your safety, and your long-term satisfaction above all else.
