01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://aestheticsbyone.com, booking an appointment via our website or WhatsApp, or receiving services at One Aesthetic (located at 15 D3 Main Boulevard, WAPDA Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

02 Medical Disclaimer & Website Information

All content on this website — including treatment descriptions, session timelines, before-and-after imagery, blog articles, and FAQs — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute personal medical advice, diagnosis, or a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes.

Every individual's skin, hair, and physiology respond differently to aesthetic procedures (including laser therapies, injectables, chemical peels, HIFU, PRP, and exosome treatments). A personalized, in-clinic assessment by one of our qualified aesthetic doctors is required before any procedure is recommended or performed.

03 Consultations, Eligibility & Medical Disclosure

• Doctor-Led Assessment: All treatments begin with a clinical consultation to evaluate your concern, skin/hair type, and medical suitability. Our clinicians reserve the right to decline or defer any procedure if it is deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe for you.
• Accurate Medical History: For your safety, you agree to disclose complete and accurate medical information prior to treatment, including known allergies, active skin infections, keloid scarring tendencies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, autoimmune conditions, and recent medications (such as isotretinoin/Accutane or blood thinners).
• Age Requirement: Injectable and advanced medical aesthetic procedures are offered to patients aged 18 years or older. Patients under 18 seeking dermatological or acne/skin care treatments must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent.

04 Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Booking Channels: Appointments may be requested via our website contact form, WhatsApp (031249980829), or direct telephone call, and are confirmed by our front-desk team.
• Rescheduling & Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' advance notice so that the clinical slot may be offered to another patient.
• Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may require shortening the session or rescheduling to ensure adequate time for numbing, safety protocols, and unhurried clinical care.

05 Pricing, Packages & Promotional Offers

• Transparent Upfront Pricing: Treatment costs depend on the specific procedure, treatment area, product dosage/units, and number of sessions required. Your clinician will always confirm clear pricing with you before any procedure begins.
• Treatment Packages & Seasonal Offers: Multi-session courses and promotional packages (such as HydraFacial bundles or seasonal discounts) are designed for a single patient, are non-transferable, and must be utilized within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.
• Refunds & Adjustments: Fees for completed medical aesthetic procedures and opened sterile consumables/injectables are non-refundable. If an unused portion of a prepaid multi-session package cannot be completed due to a documented medical contraindication verified by our doctor, the remaining value may be converted into clinic credit for an alternative suitable treatment.

06 Pre-Treatment & Post-Treatment Care

Achieving safe, long-lasting aesthetic results is a partnership between our clinical team and you. You agree to follow all pre-treatment instructions (such as avoiding direct sun exposure, tanning, or active retinoids/acids prior to lasers or peels) and post-treatment aftercare guidelines provided by your doctor. One Aesthetic is not responsible for suboptimal outcomes or complications resulting from non-compliance with prescribed aftercare.

07 Intellectual Property

All text, branding, logos, graphics, clinical photography, and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of One Aesthetic or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content or patient imagery from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
